What we do
-
Emergency repair
Ninety minutes, day or night.
A building without heat is a building that sends people home. Our on-call technicians carry the parts that fail most often, so the majority of emergency calls are finished on the first visit rather than scheduled for a return.
-
Planned maintenance
Two visits a year, one fixed price.
Spring and autumn inspections covering filters, belts, coils, refrigerant and controls. You get a written condition report on every unit, so replacement is a decision you plan for rather than an emergency you pay for.
-
System replacement
Quoted in writing, installed in a weekend.
Rooftop units, split systems and boilers, sized properly rather than matched to whatever was there before. We schedule the changeover around your operating hours so the building is never down on a working day.
-
Indoor air quality
For clinics and offices that need it documented.
Filtration, ventilation balancing and humidity control, with before and after readings you can show a tenant, an inspector or a board. Common for medical suites and shared office buildings.
Common questions
Do you really answer at 2am?
Yes. A technician is on call every night and every weekend. If your building has no heat or no cooling and people are due in the morning, that is exactly the call the service is for.
What does an emergency call cost?
There is a call-out fee for after-hours visits, quoted on the phone before we dispatch. Parts and labour are quoted before work begins. You will never get an invoice with a number you have not already agreed.
Do you work on residential systems?
Rarely. Our technicians and parts inventory are set up for commercial equipment. If you call us about a house, we will usually point you to someone better suited rather than take the job.
How far do you travel?
Columbus and roughly forty-five minutes around it. Further than that and the ninety-minute response promise stops being honest, so we do not make it.
Can you take over maintenance on equipment someone else installed?
Yes, and most of our maintenance contracts started that way. The first visit includes a full condition report on every unit so we both know what we are starting with.
